Cryder Marketing is hiring for the position of Account Executive (or higher level position dependent on experience) to manage and grow client accounts of which Cryder is the current agency of record. At this level, an Account Executive will:

  • Work with other Account Executives & Account Director to manage multiple areas of the Clients’ Business and act as a liaison between internal teams.
  • Be able to successfully implement areas of client approved marketing plans to assure clients’ goals are met.

The Account Executive will be able to understand what our clients’ needs are (whether said directly or inferred), implement and eventual recommend strategy and actions to meet goals, all with a client first approach.

Responsibilities:
  • Report to Account Director.
  • Responsible for internal management of deliverables to ensure highest quality of work.
  • Responsible for managing all work back schedules and project timelines for account.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients to understand their needs, listen to recommendations of the clients, and develop action steps with the appropriate departments inside the agency.
  • Manage client workflow within the agency to assure work of assigned clients is completed and delivered on or before deadlines.
  • Assist in all monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Work with Digital team on implementation and reporting of digital services for clients responsible for.
  • Solid understanding of various internal team operations, vendor resources, advertising channels, and analytics/reporting.
  • Management of Social Media platforms for the clients for which the Account Executive is responsible.
  • Understanding of and management of CRM (Client Relationship Management) and some aspects of POS (point of sale) platforms.
  • Responsible for presenting new areas of opportunity/services and best practices.
Position Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years proven experience as an Advertising Account Executive or related position
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and advertising methods and techniques
  • General understanding of website/CMS platforms
  • General understanding of Digital & Social Platforms/Tools
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of accounts, possibly from different industries
  • Willingness to learn new strategies, platforms, and technologies
  • A team player willing to grow their communication and presentation skills
  • Shows ambition, pro-activeness and drive to grow within the agency
